The Ipswitch Messaging Support Team will not refuse support for Messaging products running in a virtual environment. We will assume that any reported issue or defect is common to both traditional physical environments and virtual environments unless proven otherwise. Due to the vast array of virtual operating environments currently available, we cannot guarantee that Ipswitch Messaging Products will function properly in all environments. We may require that an issue be reproduced in a traditional physical environment before submitting it as a known defect.
